러시안 곰과 그녀는 자리에 앉아 러시아어로 대화하고 있었다.
Russian Bear and she sat together, they were speaking in Russian.
그러던 중 러시안 곰이 나에게 물었다.
In the mean time, Russian Bear asked me,
“야 코리안 곰, Molecular Biology 책 좀 인터넷에서 다운 받을수 있나?”
“Hey, Korean Bear could you download the Molecular Biology book on the internet?”
물리학과 책이 아니었던 이 책이 왜 러시안 곰이 필요한지 난 의아해 했지만
I was confused as to why Russian Bear needed the biology book, since she was a physics major.
“알겠다. 잠시만 찾아 볼께” 하고,
I just said “Okay, I will look into it”.
그렇게 30분 정도 인터넷을 뒤졌고,
So, I searched the web for about 30mins
난 Molecular Biology 책을 다운받았다.
and downloaded the molecular biology book.
“러시안 곰, 내가 니 이메일로 보냈다!”
“Russian Bear, I sent the book via your Email”
그러자, 러시안 곰 옆에 있던 그녀가
She responded to that with,
“정말 고마워!” 라고 나에게 대답을 했다.
“I really appreciate it!”
책이 비싸서 책을 살지 말지 고민중이 엇는데, 책을 찾아줘서 고맙다고 하면서 말이다.
“The text book is quite expansive, so i was thinking about whether or no to buy it. Thank you for finding the book!”
그렇게 난 처음으로 그녀와 대화를 하며
That was my first conversation with her, and
난 그녀의 이름과 그녀의 학과가 Biophysics 임을 알 수 있게 되었다.
through that conversation, I learned her name and that she was a Biophysics major.
그 후, 그녀는 러시안 베어와 함께 2222방에서 같이 공부를 하는 모습을 자주 볼 수 있었다.
After that day, I constantly saw her studying with Russian Bear in room 2222.

그리고 얼마 뒤,
After a while,
금요일 수업이 다끝나고 난 2222에서 공부를 하고 있는 중이었다.
I was studying there too. One day, after my Friday class,
그러던 중, 러시안 곰이 갑자기 문을 열고 들어와선 다짜고짜
Russian Bear came into the room,
“야 T.G.I.F 인데 오늘 저녁에 애들이랑 모여서 놀자! 알았지? 야야! 그냥 나와!!! ” 나에게 물었다, 아니 그건 명령이었다.
“Hey, it is T.G.I.F, let’s hang out with physics friends! okey? ya ay! just come!!!” she asked, NO it was a commend!
“알겠다!, 근데 어디서봐?”
“Okey!, but where are we gonna meet up?”
“한 7시쯤에 여기 2222에서 보자!”
“Around 7pm here, 2222”
그렇게 러시안 곰은 말하고 난 뒤 어디론가 사라지고,
After that conversation, Russian bear just disappeared.
당시에 차가 없었던 나로는 집에서 학교까지 버스로 왔다 갔다하는데 시간이 오래 걸려
At that time, I didn’t have a car, so it would take too long to go home and come back,
7시까지 2222에 앉아 숙제를 하기로 마음 먹고 약속 시간이 오기를 기다리고 있었다.
so, I decided to do some homework in 2222, and was waiting for everyone.
점점 약속 시간이 가까워지자,
As it was getting closer to the set time,
3명의 물리학과 친구들과 러시안 곰이 2222방으로 오게 되었다.
three physic friends and Russian Bear came in.
그리고 우리는 학교 근처 술집으로 같이 이야기 하면서 걸어가며,
We decided to go to the pub, and while we were heading there we were having a conversation.
그렇게 우리는 술집 앞에 도착하였다.
When we arrived at the pub,
그 순간, 내 눈에 보이는 것은
I saw, at that moment,
파아란 원피스 드레스를 입고 우리가 오기를 기다리고 있던
someone who was wearing a blue, one piece dress and was waiting for us.
"그녀" 였다...
It was her...
